Welcome to You and Me Planners! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. User Information & Data Collection

  • We collect personal details like name, phone number, email, occasion type, and location to provide personalized services.

  • If you sign up or log in using Google or any third-party account, we may access your basic profile information.

  • Your information is kept private and secure, and is used strictly for booking, customer support, or marketing communication.

  • We may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding your inquiry, booking, or promotional offers.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance to ensure smooth planning and resource allocation.

  • Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and acknowledged by our team.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, and major cards.

3. Service Locations

  • Currently, our services are available only in Bhopal and selected nearby areas.

  • Customer-requested locations for setups must be shared and finalized at the time of booking.

  • Location and timing cannot be changed after booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed.

  • In case of unavoidable rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours prior — subject to availability and approval.

5. Decor & Customization

  • Customizations must be discussed and finalized before the event date.

  • Any last-minute changes may not be accepted.

  • Setup images shown on our website or social media are reference visuals; actual decor may slightly vary.

6. Conduct & Damage

  • Clients are expected to ensure the setup location is accessible and ready.

  • Any damage to our decor items during or after the event due to client negligence may be chargeable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, designs, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of You and Me Planners.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes implies agreement.
